Office procedures relating to COVID-19

Temporary office procedures

We have made temporary changes in our office to protect our clients and staff and to follow local guidelines. We will meet with clients in the office following local mask guidelines. We can also schedule video or phone conferences for your convenience if you prefer. We have set up a drop box in our entryway where you can leave your tax documents if you do not need to meet in person. This box will be monitored and emptied immediately so nothing is left unattended. You can also send us documents through email or through our SmartVault portal.

When your returns are completed, you can pick them up at the office, or have us bring them to your car. We can also provide digital copies of your returns and accept electronic signatures if you prefer not to come in.
